By purchasing the commission work from me, you agrees that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

[ GENERAL ]
● I have the right to change terms of service and rates at any time.
The changes will not apply to existing commissions that are currently being worked on.
● I reserve the rights to artwork. Except in cases exclusive rights and commercial of a certain commission artwork have been discussed with you before work begins.
● I can publish artwork as part of my portfolio (Also with links to your account, if wish). If you would like to keep private or delay artwork for posting, let me know.
● I have the right to decline the commission if i decide work by any reason(s) cannot be done.
[ To Client ]
● Before ordering, please carefully review my Portfolio to have a clear idea in what style i work.
● It would be great if you describe idea detailed as possible. References or any sketch of your vision would be very helpful in understanding what exactly i need to do. If don't have one, just a few images with a similar theme are good enough.
● The finished artwork will be only delivered digitally to you. The finished artwork will not be printed and shipped any physical way! I can only prepare artwork or a file if you are going to print it yourself.
● You agree that my style is suitable and you are satisfied with the result work.
● You CAN use the artwork for personal, print it, post the artwork on social media or any other websites. (It's not required, but I would grateful if you mention me as an artist when the artwork is published).
● You CAN use the artwork for commercial project/purposes if we made an agreement about the commercial part. The price will be higher and might include royalties depends on what kind of commercial project.
● You CAN'T use the artwork in NFTs technology or anything related.
● Refunds / Chargebacks are not allowed
● DO NOT Resell, stealing the artwork

● Fantasy / Natural / Dreamscape / Sci-fi
● Background / Fanart scene with a character(s) in (mostly) silhouette style

● Extremely technical / Realistic architecture

● Furry / Robotic
● Political
● Generate images by AI (If it's important to anyone)

You can provide the required format, size that needs your commission

[ PAYMENT ]

Payment in Cryptocurrency, USDT/BTC/ETH
Payment method is 50/50, half for the start and remaining amount at the final stage when you accept the result of artwork.
[ Deadline ]
From 1 week to 25 days
1-2 month is the maximum deadline
Depends on the complexity and commission type, versions. I try to complete the work as soon as possible and will inform you about the update process within 7 days.
If you have a specific deadline let me know about it before starting.
Time start running after we agree on details during the discussion and when first 50% payment is received.
[ Update stages of work progress ]
Note: In revisions, within reason minor changes such as color adjustments / etc are welcome, you can do this 2 times. Excessive changes and the addition of other large details that go beyond the original idea or other concepts will be charged extra.
